We received the sad news that John Virgo from South Australia passed away yesterday, 29 April 2021.

John was a committed member of the South Australian Historic Cars fraternity, was a foundation member of the AHTCA and was a long time Group N and Historic competitor.

In Group N, John is remembered for competing in his Ford Mustang.  John also had an EH Holden and a Holden Torana.  In Group L, John campaigned a Riley.

John Virgo is fondly remembered for his helpful nature to all, and his partying after the Adelaide GP event for all Group N competitors.

John Virgo – a great competitor, who will be missed by all.
